Led by CEO and founder Robert Thorne, Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG) has over 20 years of experience in the real estate market, having developed more than 70 properties totaling over $2 billion in transactions. Having achieved great success in both the single family and multifamily markets, UNCG is producing returns of over 11% in their developed properties, meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
With projects in Florida, Texas, and Colorado, UNCG is focused on building multi-faceted, mixed-use vacation rental communities that are both eco-friendly and wellness-certified.
UNCG collaborates with best-in-class partners and recently launched this project’s sister property, Visions Orlando. A $170 million luxury vacation rental community in Davenport, Florida — less than 20 minutes from Walt Disney World — Visions Orlando will feature single-family homes, townhomes, a condo hotel, and retail. Very active in the Orlando market, UNCG recently sold 75% of The Flats Orlando, a 160-unit, wellness-certified, boutique condo hotel located in the heart of Kissimmee, that will span two acres and offer luxurious health-conscious amenities.
Robert Thorne
CEO & Founder
A veteran real estate developer, Robert Thorne is the CEO and founder of Urban Network Capital Group (UNCG). Thorne has over 20 years of experience in the real estate sector, having successfully developed single family homes, townhomes, condo-hotels, as well as commercial developments throughout Florida as the founder of Royal Bay Group, among other real estate development companies. A few developments include the Lofts at Mayfair and Grand Palazzo in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood, among others.
An entrepreneur dedicated to the search and delivery of solutions that offer a healthier lifestyle, Thorne co-founded The Wellness Habitat Company in 2014. Representing South Florida’s first wellness real estate company, The Wellness Habitat Company specializes in developing and transforming indoor living spaces and working environments into places that afford a broad range of health and lifestyle benefits to positively impact overall health. Under Thorne’s leadership The Wellness Habit Company has since expanded into Mexico, where it is applicable and customizable to residential as well as commercial entities such as offices, businesses, hospitals, and hotels.
Prior to his involvement in the real estate industry, Thorne, who is SEC qualified, worked in the financial sector for both private and publicly traded companies.

Fernando de Nuñez y Lugones
CEO & Co-Founder
Fernando de Nuñez y Lugones is the Principal of Development for UNCG and co-founder and CEO of Location3 Investments, a real estate private equity and development firm. Since 2008, the company has performed over $250 million in transactions in Florida, Georgia, Texas and Louisiana. With over 20 years of experience in the real estate market, de Nuñez was involved in over 100 real estate projects representing over $12 billion in sales.
De Nuñez acted as Executive Vice President of the Development Division of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty for seven years, leading an active portfolio of 20 projects on average and over $4.5 billion in inventory. Prior to that, de Nuñez was Vice President of the International Division and Managing Director of Operations and Finances for Fortune International Group and Managing Director of Operations and Finances for Fortune International Realty for 12 years.
Before his involvement in the real estate sector, he acted as COO of Netjuice Latin America, a leading internet incubator in Spain, where he led the company’s expansion to LATAM by opening offices in Miami, Mexico DF, São Paulo and Buenos Aires. Fernando was also an investment banker for almost 10 years in New York, London, Paris, Madrid and Argentina; working for Santander Investment, LTCB and Société Générale.

Peruvian-based V&V Real Estate Group is a leading real estate development company with more than 25 years of experience.
